Preparation
We recommend buying around 20 fresh oysters, preferably opened but maintaining their shells. When you get home use a small knife to fully remove each oyster from its shell – so your date doesn’t struggle eating them – but place them back in the shell for presentation. Chose a nice plate in which to place them. Next to the oysters place 6 lemons cut in half, and squeeze some juice when eating them. This is a great aperitif to share in the terrace, lit by moonlight and candles.
