Cachapoal is located north of Rapel Valley. It’s an extremely warm place, exposed to a great amount of light, with strong influences from the Andes and the Pacific Ocean. Its soils are less stony with a larger amount of clay, making of this land an outstanding region for full bodied Carmenere. One of the greatest features of these amazing wines is the level of ripeness achieved on the fruit, which encourages round tannins and a good concentration.
