Curicó Valley

Curicó is further south. Warm from noon to dusk and foggy in the mornings and at night, the climate here produces wines with a rich and pleasant nose. Despite diverse climates and soil patterns, the warmer regions of the valley are ideal for Curicó’s Cabernet Sauvignon, which stands out for being young and fresh with notes of fruit and soft tannins. On the other hand, the Sauvignon Blanc from colder areas is famous for its refreshing aromatic intensity, due to its slow ripening period.
